AutoTRANZ Rental Services:

Offering a comprehensive range of rental options, AutoTRANZ serves both passenger and commercial clients with two primary service types:

1. Short Term Leasing

Enjoy flexible rental options for both passenger and commercial vehicles, ranging from 1 to 12 months. Driver services can be added as needed.

2. Long Term Leasing

Choose from our fleet of passenger or commercial vehicles for long-term leases ranging from 36 to 60 months. Driver services are available for both options, subject to vehicle availability.

AutoTRANZ Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

AutoTRANZ maintains its rental vehicles in peak condition through regular maintenance by certified technicians. Our Workshop Network

With workshops strategically located throughout Indonesia, AutoTRANZ ensures customers can easily address any vehicle issue, from minor scratches to major accidents, or simply schedule routine maintenance.

AutoTRANZ Replacement Vehicle:

To minimize disruptions, we offer a vehicle replacement guarantee.

1. Temporary Vehicle Replacement

If a vehicle is out of service for 4 or more hours due to routine maintenance, accident repairs, or administrative tasks (e.g., STNK, KIR), a replacement will be provided.

2. Permanent Vehicle Replacement

In cases of total vehicle loss, such as fatal accidents, theft, or repair costs exceeding our standards, a replacement will be provided.
